Covid 19 is keeping the world in suspense. All over the world the pandemic is responsible for much suffering, widespread uncertainty, and unusual levels of flexibility. It is a challenging time for everyone and we hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy!

So far, at Raith we are still productive and able to deliver most systems as planned. We are taking the utmost precautions to keep our employees and customers safe. Our production employees are working in two shifts with many precautions in place, and most of our other colleagues are working from home wherever possible. Nevertheless, we are still there for you and will support you the best we can. Even though in various situations our global sales managers and service engineers are restricted or unable to travel and visit you personally, we are still able to provide support via our proven and reliable remote connection and by phone and email.

Service Support

Wherever possible, we are happy to schedule a complimentary Remote System Inspection. A Raith service engineer will log in remotely to your system and run various tests to evaluate the performance of the system. We will adjust and optimize settings if necessary and indicate any special findings. The aim of these inspections is to help prepare your system for the busy times ahead.
