At our location in Best, we have a full-time vacancy for Teamlead (m/f/d) Field Service as soon as possible

As Teamlead Field Service, you will manage a team of Field Service Engineers and 1st line support engineers. Your responsibilities include: 

• Ensuring the quality of the execution of the service activities 
• Reporting on service performance 
• Participation in the derivation and implementation of strategic service targets to team targets and subsequent cascading to employee level 
• Development and tracking of functional KPI’s/OKR’s for the team for further development and performance measurement 
• Continuous improvements: identify and drive continuous improvement based on internal and external/customer feedback 
• People management of the team including coaching, career development and appraisal of the employees 
• Participation in internal (global) projects 

• Proven leadership and people management skills 
• Proven experience in operational coordination within a field service environment. 
• Excellent organizational skills. 
• Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. 
• Technical background (Bachelor or MSc)
