At our location in Best, we have a full-time vacancy for Field Service Coordinator as soon as possible

As Field Service Coordinator, you will oversee day-to-day operational coordination within the field service environment. Your responsibilities include: 

• Planning and execution of field service activities 
  • This includes preventive maintenance activities and Ad Hoc service 
  • Priorization 
  • Making sure the correct processes are followed and the Field Service engineers deliver excellent quality 
• Continuous improvements 
  • Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions 
  • Execution innovation 
• Build relationship with customers 
  • Understand the needs of the customer 
  • Keep customers up-to-date with planned activities and results 
• Internal alignment 
  • You will need to build a good working relation not only with the service department personnel but also with relevant people in production and engineering as their support is often needed to successfully prepare and complete field service activities. 

• Proven experience in operational coordination within a field service environment
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Technical background (Bachelor or MSc)
