Your mission
As Coordinator Health & Safety, you are responsible for initiating, monitoring and maintaining the quality systems within the company regarding Health & Safety. You take initiatives to optimize these quality systems according to the high-quality standards. You closely monitor risks and look for continuous improvements. In this position, you will support our Dutch subsidiaries (Raith B.V. and Raith Laser Systems, currently 90 employees in total). You will primarily work from our office in Best and sporadically work from our office in Sint-Oedenrode.
The Coordinator Health & Safety reports to the General Manager.
Your responsibilities
• Management of RI&E
• Support the maintenance of cleanrooms, production and demo center in consultation with department managers
• Ensure and support safety and environmental measures
• Prevention and safety coordination
• Head of emergency response
• Support company’s ARBO policy
• Organizing and running the ISO process including conducting internal audits with the aim of yearly extending the ISO certification
• Responsible for all facility related matters; offices and logistic spaces
• Train and further develop the safety situation in consultation with the department managers.
• Serving as a trusted H&S coordinator for managers, employees, and the workers council of our entities in Best and Sint Oedenrode

Your Qualifications
• MBO+ / HBO level
• At least 5 years of experience in Health & Safety coordination
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
