Your mission
At Raith we build EBPG systems who write small lines (8Nanometer) on wafers for semiconductor market.
In house we produce the Source module for this machine who provides the electrons which write the lines.
This module is a cleanroom, high voltage and high vacuum part.
For precision of the 3 monoparts we are looking for more accuracy and less possible contamination by means of a re-design and implement a new Emitter alignment tool for Sources.
Currently align procedure can be improved.
In scope:
• Design, order and produce, validate of new tool.
• Afterwards implement in Production.
• Tool deliverables
Wishes to old design:
» Use camera > less risk for contamination / particles @ emitter (seat)
» Emitter with contacts on top > less risk for particles to fall inside the emitter housing
» All materials compatible for cleanroom, High voltage and high vacuum use
» Easily accessible emitter locking screws.
Your Qualifications
• You are studying for a MBO in Mechatronics/ Technician Engineering
• You are motivated, eager to learn and practical
