Manager Service Support China (m/f/d)

As a developer and manufacturer of complex nanofabrication systems we provide solutions for our customers in the fields of industry, science and basic research to enhance the quality of products and processes that shape the future of nanofabrication.

As soon as possible, we are looking to fill the following full-time position in Beijing, China.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop of the local Service Team (actual 7 employees)
  • Manage all customer Service demands, activities and site surveys
  • Responsible for the Service sales, profit and loss
  • Ensure communication with and reporting to all Service stakeholders
  • Increase and monitor performance by Key Performance Indicators

Qualifications

  • Technical university degree
  • Several years of Service- and first managing experience
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Capability to work independently and effectively without much supervision
  • Ability to work with customer orientation and passion
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
