• Develop, maintain, and improve technical documentation (e.g., work instructions, standard operating procedures) to ensure consistent and high-quality production.
• Organize and create technical training materials to support onboarding and skill development of production teams.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and workflow performance.
• Support daily production and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and quality requirements.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related Technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment (lithography, laser systems, or precision equipment is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated experience in creating clear and effective technical documentation.
• Experience with developing work instructions and technical training materials.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience with documentation software, Operation 1 , MadCap Flare is a plus.
