We incorporate sustainability in our corporate strategy and our day-to-day decisions and hence create sustainable value for us as a corporation as well as for our stakeholders. We monitor this with Environment Social Governance (ESG) Controlling and ESG audits.

Our two major plants are already running on green energy, thus reducing our carbon footprint on a large scale. Based on our ESG reporting, we are developing measures to further reduce our emissions from production, travel, transportation, and within our supply chain.

We build our corporate culture on trust and mutual respect. Our employees can thrive in our innovative and open-minded environment, no matter their race, color, religion, national origin, sex, physical or mental disability, or age.
