After thorough preparation and a packed week of audits, we are happy to announce that we are now certified under ISO 9001:2015.

ISO 9001:2015 certification is an important milestone in the company’s development, as Managing Director Dr. Ralf Jede underlines: “As a supplier of high-tech equipment for fabrication and inspection of nano- and microstructures, all of which require the highest degree of precision, we always face high expectations from our customers. Our success and proven ability in applying the quality management system ensures that we can meet our customers´ demands now and in the future. In this regard, the ISO certification represents a milestone both for us and for our customers.”

The certificate now awarded to our company confirms our compliance with the globally recognized standard for quality management systems and gives our customers even greater confidence that they will always receive the highest quality possible. Reliable service and production are assured by clearly defined business processes as well as our focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Based on the quality management system, we strive to achieve continuous improvement and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our daily work. We aim to create a future-proof basis for our customers’ high innovative power of our customers within their research and development projects.

To make sure we reach that goal, a quality manager has been appointed. Long-term employee Denise Höring has taken up the position and will make sure the initiated process is properly carried out and further developed.
