Last month, RAITH has opened its Experience Center in Shanghai’s Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, marking a significant expansion of the company’s presence in the region. Equipped with our latest-generation electron beam and laser lithography systems, as well as our advanced metrology systems, we are now able to demonstrate the capabilities of our tools in Asia in a comprehensive way.
The Experience Center will be the center of RAITH´s customer interaction in all of Asia. Its primary functions will include application demonstrations, technical training and on-site demo tests.
Plans for subsequent development include expanding the regional sales and after-sales service network, establishing in-house maintenance capacity, and setting up a local spare-parts hub. These steps are intended to create the foundation for a broader Asia-Pacific customer & technology service center.
After the inauguration, the center is now operational and will serve our customers in different high-tech sectors. Our goal is to reduce service response times, provide more specialized technical support, and enable closer cooperation with Asian partners.
