Our preconfigured Basic contract covers the minimum requirements for continuous use of your system.

  • Unlimited online remote support as well as phone and e-mail support
  • High priority treatment, ensuring that your concerns receive immediate attention and resolution
Premium

The Premium contract was created for more demanding requirements. It offers
freedom from administrative hassle and
ensures high uptime.

All the benefits of our Basic contract, along with additional exclusive features:

  • Full coverage of spare parts 
  • Full coverage of consumables
  • All service visits (including all travel and labor costs)
Flex
