RAITH and LIST announce partnership to establish a joint lab and to commercialize MagSIMS technology
After more than 32 years with RAITH, including over 25 years of management responsibility, Dr. Ralf Jede will step back from his positions as CEO and Managing Director of Raith Holding GmbH and Raith GmbH and retire on March 1, 2023. However, he will continue to be involved in the development of Raith as an advisory board member and shareholder.
On the same date of March 1, 2023, after months of successful cooperation with Dr. Jede, Dr. Michael Steigerwald will take over responsibility for the RAITH Group as sole CEO and Managing Director, alongside management team colleagues both proven and new.
Dr. Jede would like to thank all employees, business partners, and customers worldwide for their excellent and very successful long-term support, without which RAITH could not have achieved such positive and dynamic development over so many years.
The time is right for these changes: RAITH is excellently positioned for the future, continuity at shareholder level is assured within the recently launched capiton Quantum Continuation Fund, and the sustainable success of the company’s growth path will be continued.
