Depending on the wide ranging application areas and diverse demands on services the company has worked out a portfolio of service offerings and contracts ranging from flexible and cost-saving service and support packages specially configurable to the requirements of i.e. universities - up to full coverage on-site services on a production level.
Investments in support infrastructure
Raith continuously invests in education, trainings and skills of its engineering teams in the field as well as in the resources, parts availability, the technical and IT infrastructures in the support centers of the entities in Europe, America and Asia.
