4PICO Litho is now RAITH Laser Systems B.V
We had the pleasure to visit our customers at the University of Osnabrück, who gave us an insight into how they use their PICOMASTER system and the work it helps them to do. The PICOMASTER laser lithography system at the University of Osnabrück is used by two different research groups.
Prof. Dr. Harneit and his group use the PICOMASTER mainly for their research in quantum spintronics, where the system allows them to use highly non-standard samples.
The work of PD Dr. habil. Carola Meyer is electronic transport, for which the PICOMASTER enables them to fabricate electronic devices and especially to pattern the contacts.
Both groups emphasize the ease of use, versatility and precision of the PICOMASTER.
It was a great pleasure to visit the University of Osnabrück, to see the PICOMASTER in action and to hear how satisfied our customers are with their laser lithography system.
