Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d)

As a devel-oper and manufacturer of complex nanofabrication systems we provide solutions for our customers in the fields of industry, science and basic research to enhance the quality of products and processes that shape the future of nanofabrication.

Location: Shanghai, China

Your Responsibilities

  • Sale of the assigned product portfolio
  • Sale of new products and marketing by means of product presenta-tions using documents, samples and references, as well as other sales material
  • New customer acquisition and expansion of market share according to the guidelines in the target agreement
  • Planning, preparation, execution and review of customer visits, based on the sales processes
  • Assistance in planning, organization and execution of presentations trade fairs, conferences factory tours, customer events and work-shops
  • Active und regular market and competitor monitoring
  • Continuous and comprehensive expansion of specialist knowledge
  • Actively supporting handling process (inquiry, offer, order, complaint, etc.) in close collaboration with the Order Desk
  • Close collaboration with the whole International Sales Team extending across international and regional borders, systematic and regular communication
  • Maintaining an accurate and up to date status of the CRM database

Qualifications

  • With bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering
  • Willingness to travel for business
  • Ability to communicate in English and Chinese mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Capability to work independently and effectively without much supervision
  • Ability to work with customer orientation and passion
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
