Raith is a medium-sized, steadily growing company with over 250 employees worldwide, encouraging a straightforward corporate cul-ture. As a developer and manufacturer of complex nanofabrication systems we provide solutions for our customers in the fields of in-dustry, science and basic research to enhance the quality of products and processes that shape the future of nanofabrication.
As soon as possible, we are looking to fill the following full-time position.

Your Responsibilities

  • You closely observe and analyze the nanofabrication market trends to identify business opportunities
  • You conduct regular studies on customer needs to shape our product portfolio and to reach overall company goals
  • Within your function you plan, develop and execute the marketing strategy for our Raith products and optimize our product positioning to fulfill the brand promises to our customers
  • You will maintain an excellent product life cycle management including coordination of product launches in close collaboration with your colleagues and stakeholders
  • You develop and implement strategic initiatives to foster growth, including partnerships with strategic customers
  • You represent Raith at international meetings and conferences congresses you create outstanding marketing material

Your Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in natural sciences or technical engineering
  • 3 years + of professional experience in business development or product management with a globally acting enterprise
  • You have several years of professional experience in the area of semiconductor industry or industrial nanotechnology
  • Know how in electron optics and nanofabrication in an industrial context
  • You demonstrate strong customer orientation, foster teamwork and show a strong persistence to reach goals
  • Willingness to travel internationally and support sales activities is required
  • You are fluent in English, German language skills is a plus
